Dyna Kite® ships all orders domestically via US Mail/UPS Ground/Fed Ex. Orders under $69.00 for $7.99 and all orders $69.00 and over are shipped free. (Entire order must be shipped to the same shipping address to qualify for the above shipping rates). Dyna Kite® reserves the right to choose shipping method on all orders shipped at the above rate or free. The shipping and handling costs are as follows* and adjusted accordingly when shipping rates go up. NOTE: ALL NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY, AND 3 Day AIR SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 HANDLING AND PROCESSING FEE, PLUS ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

How long will it take to receive my purchase? Orders inside USA

We strive to ship every order within 24 hours. Orders received on Sundays and holidays will ship the next business day. It usually takes about 4 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. During the peak holiday season the time might double or triple. Please be sure to add enough time for delivery if you are presenting your kite as a gift to a lucky friend!

Return Policy

Our Guarantee: All Dyna Kite® products that cost $50.00 or less are guaranteed against factory defects for seven (7) days after receiving it. We will replace it or repair it (our option). Buyer must pay return shipping charges.

If you have a item that is damaged, broken, or missing items, parts ect. when you receive your package please contact the Post Office/UPS to file a damage claim. Items damaged in shipment are not factory defects. If you need assistance with a damage claim please call 843-761-6950 we will be happy to help.

If your product cost more than $50.00 and has a Factory Defect found within 30 days we will repair or replace it free with a new exact item, (our option). We cannot replace kites that have been damaged by the user. We DO NOT give refunds on any items.

Merchandise returned without an RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package will not be accepted.

International Orders (Outside U.S.)

(1) We ship all orders outside the United States by The United States Postal Service; Priority Mail or Express Mail.

(2) Shipping time normally takes 7 to 15 days for your package to arrive. Please understand that your package may get held up in Customs in your country. We have no control over this matter and have no way to contact Customs. When you are tracking your order and tracking info says package is in Customs, that means your package has not cleared Customs.

(3) The shipping rates listed on our website may not always cover the shipping and insurance cost. If the listed rates does not cover the shipping cost, we will email you the additional amount. Sale items, Kite Reels, Kite String on Spools and Party Kites will require additional shipping charges. If you do not wish to pay the additional cost you may cancel your order and we will issue a full refund.

(4)The USPS will not accept packages shipped outside the U.S. that exceed 60'' in length and some countries will not accept packages over 42" in length. If your order has items that exceed the maximum length we will notify you by email. You may choose a full refund or if you have an account with another carrier, you can have your package picked up and shipped to you. However, you must arrange for the pickup.

(5) We insure every order that we ship. Should you have a damage, broken, lost or shortages, you must file a claim with The USPS. Once we give your package to The USPS it then becomes the property of The USPS and you.

(6) When your order is processed by USPS normally you will receive a tracking number by email. You then can track your order online 24-7.

(7) All orders shipped outside the U.S. must be shipped to the billing address on your credit card.

RMA Required for All Returns

All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA #) clearly marked on the outside of package. All shipping charges on returns must be paid by the Customer.  Any returns without RMA numbers not clearly marked on outside package will not be accepted.
